Legal Notice Notarization
If you have a legal notice that needs to be notarized in the UAE, we coordinate the process with a licensed private notary and handle it end to end. This covers legal notices you already have — whether prepared by your lawyer or drafted yourself — ready to be formally notarized and put on record.

What we do not do: we do not write legal notices, and we do not advise on what a notice should say, how long a period it should give, or what happens after it is served. Nuhuj is not a law firm and we do not provide legal services.
If you do not yet have a notice, you will need a lawyer to prepare one. Once you have it, we handle the rest.
When this is used
A legal notice is a formal written communication, notarized so that its content and date are on record. It is commonly required as a step before other action can be taken.
People come to us when they already have a notice — from their lawyer or prepared themselves — and need it notarized without a series of office visits.
What we will ask you for
- The notice itself, ready in final form
- Passport copy of the person issuing it
- Emirates ID, if you have one
- Details of the party the notice is addressed to
- Any supporting document referred to in the notice

Processed through official UAE systems
Your document is notarized by a licensed private notary through the official judicial systems in the UAE — Dubai Courts, the Ministry of Justice, or the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department. Nuhuj coordinates the process; the notarization is performed by the licensed notary.

No. We do not draft legal notices and we do not advise on their content. Bring the notice ready — from you or from your lawyer — and we coordinate the notarization.
Can you tell me whether I should send a notice?
No. That is a legal question and you should ask a lawyer.
How long does it take?
1–2 working days from the moment we have the notice and all supporting documents.
Is translation included?
One translated page is included. Each additional translated page — AED 150.
Can I do this from outside the UAE?
Yes. The process is remote.
