Property Power of Attorney

Sell, buy or transfer property in the UAE without being here. A property power of attorney authorises someone you trust to handle the sale, purchase or transfer of ownership on your behalf — including closing, signing at the land department, and completing the title transfer and registration.

We coordinate the entire process remotely, from your first message until your notarized document reaches you by email. Whether you live in Dubai, London, or anywhere else, the process and the price stay the same — coordinated with a licensed private notary through the official UAE system.

Every price includes one principal, one attorney, and one translated page. Each additional translated page — AED 150. Each additional principal, attorney or property — AED 300. Anything beyond the standard scope is confirmed with you in writing before you pay.

If your document covers more than one property, each additional property is AED 300 — confirmed with you before you pay.

If you own property here but live elsewhere

This is the most common reason people use us. The process is the same and the price is the same wherever you are.

You will not need to travel. Your verification with the notary is completed remotely by video, and everything else — the document list, your quote, payment, and delivery — can be handled entirely by email and WhatsApp if calling is difficult across time zones.

If the document must also be used or recognised in the country where you live, tell us which country at the start. It is far easier to arrange attestation as part of the process than to go back for it afterwards.

What we will ask you for

  • Passport copy of the owner
  • Emirates ID, if the owner has one
  • Passport copy of the person receiving authority
  • Title deed or property details — the exact details as registered
  • What exactly the representative should be able to do: sell only, sell and receive payment, manage, transfer

Names must match exactly across the passport, the title deed and the document. A mismatch is one of the most common reasons a property document is rejected — we check this before submission.

How it works

1

You tell us what you need — message us and describe the situation. You do not need to know the document name.

2

We confirm your price and document list — in writing, before anything is paid.

3

We prepare and coordinate — including translation and submission to a licensed private notary.

4

You receive your notarized document — by email, 1–2 working days from the moment we have all your documents.

Processed through official UAE systems

Your document is notarized by a licensed private notary through the official judicial systems in the UAE — Dubai Courts, the Ministry of Justice, or the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department. Nuhuj coordinates the process; the notarization is performed by the licensed notary.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sell my Dubai property without coming to the UAE?

Yes. A property POA authorises your representative to complete the sale on your behalf. The document itself is arranged remotely.

Does the land department accept a POA prepared this way?

The document is notarized by a licensed private notary through the official system — the same route as a document notarized in person.

Can one POA cover more than one property?

Yes. Each additional property is AED 300, confirmed with you before you pay.

What if my name is spelled differently on my passport and my title deed?

Tell us before we start. Mismatched names are a common cause of rejection and are much easier to address in advance than afterwards.

Can I limit what my representative is allowed to do?

Yes, and you generally should. We will ask what you want included and what you want excluded.

Send us the details and we will confirm which document you need, the exact price, and what we need from you.
