If your document needs more, you see the cost before you decide. Each additional principal, attorney or property — AED 300. Each additional translated page — AED 150. You receive a complete itemised breakdown before you pay — never after.
Some documents cannot be priced without seeing them. Certain deeds, such as debt acknowledgments, are charged by the notary as a percentage of the value written in the document. We cannot give you an accurate figure without reading it. Send it to us and we will give you one final price — free, with no obligation.

We prepare the document in the correct form, arrange certified translation where it is required, and coordinate with a licensed private notary through the official system, using video verification and a one-time password.
