A declaration is a formal statement you make and have notarized — an acknowledgment, an undertaking, or a sworn statement that another party or authority requires from you.
We prepare and coordinate the notarization remotely. You do not need to visit an office.

Undertakings (تعهد)
From AED 1,250A formal commitment to do, or not do, something — often required by an employer, a bank, an authority or another party to a transaction.
Sworn statements and affidavits
From AED 1,250A formal statement of fact, made under your own responsibility, where an authority or another party requires it in notarized form.
No-objection declarations
From AED 1,250A formal statement that you do not object to something — commonly used in family, employment and property matters.
Personal status declarations
From AED 1,250Declarations of marital status, dependants, or similar personal facts, where an authority requires them in notarized form.
Corporate declarations
From AED 1,350Company undertakings, board resolutions and declarations requiring notarization. Priced separately because these usually involve additional company documents and more parties.

Every price includes one declarant and one translated page. Each additional translated page — AED 150. Anything beyond the standard scope is confirmed with you in writing before you pay.
Why we cannot price a debt acknowledgment in advance
For a debt acknowledgment, the notary's fee is calculated as a percentage of the amount stated in the document. It is set by official schedule, not by us, and it cannot be worked out without reading the deed.
This is why you will not see a fixed price here. Quoting a number before seeing the document would be guessing, and we would rather tell you that than give you a figure that changes later.
Send us the document and you will receive one final figure. Reviewing it and quoting costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

If another party or an authority has told you what the declaration must say, send us their requirement. It is much easier to meet a requirement we can see than one described from memory.
What we do not do
We do not advise on whether a declaration achieves what you want it to achieve, and we do not advise on its legal consequences. Those are questions for a lawyer.

Processed through official UAE systems
Your document is notarized by a licensed private notary through the official judicial systems in the UAE — Dubai Courts, the Ministry of Justice, or the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department. Nuhuj coordinates the process; the notarization is performed by the licensed notary.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a declaration and a power of attorney?
A power of attorney gives someone else authority to act for you. A declaration is a statement you are making yourself. They are different documents with different purposes.
Do I need to write the declaration myself?
Not necessarily. Tell us what you need to declare and we will prepare it in the correct form. If another party has given you specific wording they require, send it to us.
Why is a debt acknowledgment priced differently?
Because the notary charges a percentage of the amount written in the document, rather than a fixed fee. We cannot calculate it without reading the deed.
Can I do this from outside the UAE?
Yes. The process is remote and the price is the same.
What language will it be in?
Arabic. Bilingual translation of one page is included; each additional translated page is AED 150.
