General Power of Attorney
From AED 1,250Grants broad authority to act on your behalf across a range of matters. Used when you need someone to manage several things rather than one specific transaction. Because the authority is wide, the wording matters — we will ask what you want included and what you want left out.
Special Power of Attorney
From AED 1,050Grants authority for one defined purpose — a single transaction, a specific matter, one dealing with one authority. Narrower than a general POA and, for most people, the safer choice.
Vehicle Power of Attorney
From AED 1,050Authorises another person to sell, register, transfer or manage a vehicle on your behalf. Commonly used when leaving the UAE or when the owner cannot attend in person.
Child Travel Consent
From AED 1,050Allows a child to travel with one parent, a relative, or a guardian. Airlines and immigration authorities frequently ask for this. Tell us which country the child is travelling to — requirements differ.
NOC for Child Visa

Every price includes one principal, one attorney, and one translated page. Each additional translated page — AED 150. Each additional principal, attorney or property — AED 300. Anything beyond the standard scope is confirmed with you in writing before you pay.
What we will ask you for
- Passport copy of the person giving authority
- Emirates ID, if they have one
- Passport copy of the person receiving authority
- A clear description of what you want that person to be able to do
The last point matters most. Authority that is too narrow leaves the document useless; authority that is too wide is a risk you do not need to take. We ask questions here on purpose.

Your document is notarized by a licensed private notary through the official judicial systems in the UAE — Dubai Courts, the Ministry of Justice, or the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department. Nuhuj coordinates the process; the notarization is performed by the licensed notary.

What is the difference between a general and a special power of attorney?
A general POA grants broad authority across many matters. A special POA grants authority for one defined purpose. Most people need a special POA — it does the job with less exposure.
Can I cancel a power of attorney later?
Yes. A POA can be revoked. Message us and we will explain what the revocation process involves for your document.
Do both people need to be in the UAE?
The person giving authority completes the verification remotely and can be anywhere. Requirements for the person receiving authority depend on the document — tell us the situation and we will confirm.
How long is it valid?
Validity depends on the type of document and its wording. We will tell you before you proceed.
What language is the document issued in?
Arabic. Bilingual translation of one page is included in the price; each additional translated page is AED 150.
