What makes this different

To coordinate your document, we need to see identity documents — passport copies, Emirates ID, and sometimes property or company details. We know this is sensitive information, and we handle it accordingly.

What we collect

When you contact us:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• What you tell us about your situation, so we can advise you correctly

When you proceed with a service:

• Passport copy and Emirates ID, where required
• Details of the other party or parties named in your document
• Property, vehicle, or company details, where relevant to your document
• Payment information, processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store your full card details ourselves

Automatically, when you visit our website:

• Basic technical information such as your browser type and general location, used only to make the site work correctly and to understand which pages are useful to visitors

Why we collect it

We collect only what is needed to:

• Prepare your file for submission
• Coordinate notarization with a licensed private notary
• Confirm your identity, where the document requires it
• Contact you about your file — updates, questions, delivery
• Issue an invoice or receipt
• Improve how our website and service work

We do not collect information for any purpose beyond providing the service you asked for.

Who we share it with

The licensed private notary handling your document — this is necessary to complete the notarization itself.

Certified translators, only when your document requires translation, and only the pages that need translating.

Our payment provider, to process your payment securely. They receive what is necessary to complete the transaction; we do not see or store your full card number.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for marketing to third parties.

We may be required to share information with UAE authorities where the law requires it — for example, as part of the notarization process itself, which by law involves the official judicial systems (Dubai Courts, the Ministry of Justice, or the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, depending on the emirate).

How long we keep it

We keep your file for as long as needed to complete your service, respond to any follow-up questions, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise information we no longer need to keep.

If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we will explain what we are able to remove and what we are required to retain.

How we protect it

Documents and personal details are stored securely and access is limited to the people directly handling your file. Payment is processed through a secure, encrypted payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.

No system is completely without risk, and we take reasonable, proportionate steps to protect your information given the size and nature of our business.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time:

• What information we hold about you
• To correct information that is wrong
• To delete information we are not required to keep
• Any question about how your information is used
