How it works
Notarization in the UAE can be completed remotely. You do not need to visit an office, and you do not need to be in the country. This page explains exactly how the process works, who does what, and what we handle for you.

A licensed notary issues your document. We handle everything around it.

We do not notarize documents. Notarization is carried out by a licensed private notary, appointed and supervised by the UAE authorities.
We do not give legal advice. If you need to know whether a document achieves a legal result, that is a question for a lawyer.
What we do is manage the process. We work out which document you need, prepare it in the correct form, arrange certified translation where it is required, coordinate with a licensed private notary, and stay with your file until the notarized document is delivered to you.
Most people go through this once or twice in their lives. We do it every day. That difference is what you are paying for.
Why remote notarization is possible
UAE law permits notarization to be carried out by licensed private notaries as well as public notaries, and allows the process to be completed remotely through official judicial platforms using video verification and a one-time password.
Depending on the emirate, your document is processed through the Dubai Courts system, the Ministry of Justice system, or the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department system. These are the official channels — the same ones used when a document is notarized in person.
A document notarized this way carries the same legal standing as one notarized across a counter.
The four stages
You tell us what you need
Message us on WhatsApp, call, or email. You do not need to know which type of document you need — most people don't. Tell us what you are trying to do, and we will tell you which document does it.
We will ask a few things: what the document is for, who is giving authority and who is receiving it, whether property or a company is involved, where you are, and when you need it.
We confirm your price and your document list
You receive, in writing:
- Your final price, including anything beyond the standard scope
- The exact list of documents we need from you
- How long it will take
Nothing is added after this point. If your document turns out to need something extra, we tell you before we proceed, not after.
We prepare and coordinate
We prepare the document in the correct form, arrange certified translation where required, and submit it to a licensed private notary through the official system.
You will be asked to complete a short video verification with the notary and confirm with a one-time password. We tell you in advance when this will happen and what to expect.
You receive your notarized document
Delivered by email. If you need attestation for use outside the UAE, tell us at stage one and we will arrange it as part of the same process.
What we will ask you for
The exact list depends on the document, and you will receive yours in writing at stage two. In most cases it includes:
- Passport copy of the person giving authority
- Emirates ID, if they have one
- Passport copy of the person receiving authority
- Details of any property or company involved
- What exactly you want the other person to be able to do
The last one matters most. A document that grants too little authority is useless; one that grants too much is a risk. We will ask questions here, and the questions are the point.
Why documents get rejected — and how we prevent it
Notarized documents are rejected more often than people expect. The usual reasons:
- The authority granted is worded too narrowly for what the person actually needs to do
- Names do not match exactly across passport, Emirates ID and title deed
- The translation is not from a certified translator
- A required party is missing from the document
- The document does not meet the format required by the authority it will be presented to
Every one of these is avoidable, and every one of them costs you time and money to fix afterwards.
We check for all of them before submission. If a document is rejected because of an error on our side, we correct it and resubmit at no cost to you.
If you are outside the UAE
The process is the same and the price is the same. You do not need to travel.
We work with clients across time zones. If calling is difficult, everything can be handled by email and WhatsApp — including the document list, your quote, payment, and delivery.
If your document also needs to be used in another country, tell us which country at the start. Requirements differ, and it is much easier to arrange attestation as part of the process than to go back afterwards.

Do I need to visit an office?
No. The entire process is remote.
Do I need to be in the UAE?
No. The process and the price are the same wherever you are.
Who actually notarizes my document?
A licensed private notary, through the official judicial systems in the UAE. Nuhuj coordinates the process.
What language will my document be in?
Notarized documents in the UAE are issued in Arabic. Bilingual translation of one page is already included in your price. If yours is longer, each additional translated page is AED 150, confirmed with you before you pay.
How long does it take?
1–2 working days from the moment we have all your documents. The clock starts when your file is complete, not when you first contact us.
What if I don't know which document I need?
That is normal. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will tell you which document does it.
Can you give me legal advice about my situation?
No. We are not lawyers and we do not advise on legal questions. We handle the document and the process.
