Court Representation carries two rates: AED 1,050 where an individual authorises someone to act for them personally, AED 1,350 where a company authorises a named representative. Which one applies depends on who is granting the authority, not what the case is about.

Some deeds — debt acknowledgments in particular — are charged by the notary as a percentage of the value written in the document. The notary's fee is set by official schedule, not by us, and it cannot be calculated without reading the deed.

Are there any government fees on top?
No. The notary's official fee is already built into every starting price and add-on fee above, for standard documents. The only exception is documents priced on the deed's value, such as debt acknowledgments — those are quoted individually because the fee depends on the amount written in the document.
